18 teams apply for 2012 championship

Organisers of the World Series by Renault have released the names of 18 teams which wish to contend next year’s flagship Formula Renault 3.5 championship.
Teams hoping to contest 2012 Formula Renault 3.5 series:

- Comtec Racing
- DAMS
- International Draco Racing
- Epic Racing
- Fortec Motorsports
- Gravity-Charouz
- ISR
- KMP Racing
- Koiranen Motorsport
- Max Travin Racing Team
- P1 Motorsport
- Pons Racing
- Tech 1 Racing
- Van Amersfoort Racing
From the list above, 13 teams will be selected to compete plus two stand-by outfits. The final line-up will be announced next Monday, 17 October.
